The nine provincial winners will battle it out to be crowned the Kom Braai Best Biltong Champion for 2012, during the final event in Cape Town in December 2012. Great prizes to be won.

ENTRANCE IS FREE OF CHARGE.

TO REGISTER: SMS your name, the word “biltong” and your province to 082 853 8529. Your entry, a 300g piece of biltong needs to be vacuum packed, and entered at the event between 09h00 and 10h00 on the date and venue as indicated on the left.

Then enter the 2012 National Kom Braai Best Biltong Championships. Qualifying rounds will take place at the Kom Braai Outdoor Festivals in the following towns:
