KNOWLEDGE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS APPLICATIONS
Internet Business - How is it organized? How does it work?
INTERNET BUSINESS SPHERE COMPETITIVENESS?
The Entrepreneur?
OPENING STATEMENT
Do you have a Business Idea (or several)?
Do you really have a business idea and/or find it difficult to translate those ideas into Internet business goals - but you haven’t actually started one yet?
My simple advice for you is: “just do it! Put something into action,” and get some results even if the result is no result (that’s a result still!) so you can actually start to move forward. Stop dreaming/planning/thinking and start doing something.

NEW SKILLS FOR THE NETWORKED WORLD
Remember you can’t do it all ALONE!
The Networked world now demands a workforce that understands how to use technology as a tool for
increased productivity, creativity, profitability and security. These skills include "information reasoning,"a process in which reliable sources of information are
identified, effectively accessed, understood, contextualized, and communicated to colleagues.
THE ELECTRONIC KNOWLEDGE DOMAIN
Furthermore, the ENTREPRENEUR requires a work force with skills necessary to collaborate, work in
teams, and share information across global networks.
That is, to analyze issue from a multidisciplinary perspective.."
Getting Started – The Challenges
THE INTERNET?Is it true that the Internet is in reallity the factory in our heads?
Nothing can be further from the truth. However, those who belong to the critical knowledge analysis
club hold the view that indeed there is nothing as the INTERNET! They argue that what exists in reality is the knowledge
“INTRANET EXPANSION!” The new world they argue is an endeless software knowledge chain – glued together by the Internet-Backbone and its spiderweb of endless connectivity
pipes of Bandwidth. Can this be true?
The question is: Does the Internet really change the entrepreneurship development
equation? My paper will attempt to examine, evaluate and discuss the following:
Is business on the Internet done differently than traditional business? What special considerations must the Internet entrepreneur take?
Is business success on the Internet measured diffenrently than at the Traditional level?
How do we identify and master the challenges and resources available on the Internet?.
INTERNET USAGE STATISTICS - The Big PictureWorld Internet Users and Population Status
GLOBAL INTERNET POPULATION STATUS
THE DIGITAL DIVIDE? THE DIGITAL DIVIDE?
THE DIGITAL DIVIDE? THE DIGITAL DIVIDE?
BUSINESS PRAYERS ON THE INTERNET! A quick search of the world wide web illustrates how entrepreneurs
are bombarded with the possibilities:
"TIRED OF WORKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE? - START YOUR OWN INTERNET BUSINESS!“
"STRIKE IT RICH ON THE NET!" "A FAIL-SAFE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY!“
“LOOKING FOR DIAMOND…FINED IT HERE ON THE NET”
“TRY ME: VISIT THIS SITE..THE NET WILL CHANGE YOU FOR EVER”
“BECOME A MILLONIA WITHIN MICRO-SECOND ON THE KEYBOARD”
“COME WITH ME TO THE MOON – CLICK AND MAKE MILLIONS WITH MOON ROCKS – THIS OFFER TODAY!”
The above messages are just examples of what the emerging enrepreneur may apply to engage exploration of web-based market
resources – now becoming a global entrepreneurial opportunity.

SUMMARYIn summary, it should be clearly stated that the Internet is the ultimate future of for trade and commerce.
It has become the centre of gravity and common currency of modern business. Internet entrepreneurs should learn from the traditional lessons about starting a business.
Reality-based or Internet-based, a successful entrepreneurial venture must be founded on a strong idea for a product or service and must be implemented by an entrepreneur with a solid understanding of the product or service, the customer, marketing principles and elements of financing.
In addition, Internet entrepreneurs must go beyond these traditional lessons to understand how the Internet changes business. In particular, they must understand the changed relationship between the business owner and the customer; the geography of the Internet, the importance of the location of one's website, and finally, the challenge of attracting and cultivating return customers to the website.
Finally, I say look at the big picture and hang in the …………….. GOOD LUCK……………..
