    Accept ''Preliminary Tender Estimate'' and pay Preliminary Tender Acceptance fee of $2,000 to secure a Fixed Price ''Tender Agreement''

    Order Contour Survey and Borehole Report

    Concept Plan & Siting Prepared

    Fixed Price ''Tender Agreement'' Prepared

    ZONE ALLOWANCE AREAS (Please refer to Fowler Homes ‘Where We Build Map’)

    Zone Allowance is supplementary to our home price list. It is to cover the additional charges from our contractors and supply deliveries for extra travel time out of their usual working area. Timeframes and process for knockdown rebuild areas are outside of our standard Greenfield area criteria. Pre-construction timeframes are dependent on site-specific and local authority approvals and requirements. Our knockdown rebuild specialist consultants will prepare any necessary documentation to lodge and manage through the local authority and provide you with regular updates on the progress of your application. Construction Timeframes may vary depending on location, complexity of home and site conditions.

  • Q. How much does it cost to Knockdown Rebuild?While any price will be an estimate only, most builders don’t tell you how much your new home will cost until after you have signed a contract. At Fowler Homes, we are different. We understand that you need to know how much the cost of your new home will be, before you enter into a contract. We Pride ourselves on our approach of finding out the site costs before you sign, and giving them to you upfront, so that hidden fees do not surprise you later. Our success is based on Transparency, Honesty and Trust. Remember that Knockdown rebuild is almost always cheaper and gives you much better results than extensions or renovations.
