KLINGER Dichtungstechnik has been working on researching, developing and producing high-quality industrial sealing material for more than 125 years.
Our company, in the meantime in the fifth generation as a family-owned enterprise, is still located in Gumpoldskirchen, around 20 kilometers outside of Austria’s capital, Vienna. Now serving as the sealing material manufacturing and research hub for the subsidiaries and representatives that are located in 60 countries
worldwide and make up the international KLINGER Group, KLINGER Dichtungstechnik fulfills two major roles: On the one hand, it is the innovation powerhouse for the development of revolutionary gaskets and sealing material solutions. On the other hand, the company remains wholly committed to providing the Group’s business locations as well as customers and partners with its decade-spanning know-how and its certified high-quality services and products, which are in full compliance with international standards.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTThe product development department of KLINGER Dichtungstechnik represents the central development competency for static soft sealing materials. Furthermore also the entire KLNGER Group benefits from their know-how.
MATERIAL TESTINGKLINGER Dichtungstechnik operates a test laboratory offering the broadest scope of state-of-the-art test equipment. This ensures that customers can rely on the highest level of quality at any given time.

KLINGER EXPERT – OUR VERSATILE GASKET CALCULATION SOFTWARENext to the certified, high quality of the utilized material, two other factors define the “make or break” of a functioning, tight seal: The selection of a gasket suitable for both the corresponding flange and the intended purpose/medium, and the application of the correct torque.
Focusing its significant experience and expertise, KLINGER Dichtungstechnik has developed a tool to promote and support plant safety. “KLINGER Expert” is our versatile calculation and gasket selection software, designed primarily to support the needs of technicians.
MATERIAL FINDERKLINGER has always been the lead in the market place considering technical know-how, support and product solutions. Selecting the appropriate sealing material for a particular application is not an easy task.
