Initial Deposit

Production positions are assigned in order of an initial deposit received. A $5,000.00 (five thousand dollar) deposit is required to secure a production position. Your initial deposit is refundable within 30 days. Deposit refund request must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from date order placed and made direct to FoxAir LLC. Deposit refunds may be subject to a $150.00 processing fee. Visa or Master Card will be accepted for initial deposits only. Payment Schedule

8 (eight) weeks prior to the start of production of your Kitfox Light Sport SLSA, a payment of 50% of the balance remaining will be required. At this time and going forward all funds paid to FoxAir LLC will be non refundable. These and all future funds are payable via bank wire transfer or certified funds only to FoxAir LLC. A payment of 25% of the remaining balance will be requested at start of the Firewall Forward & Avionics installation. Remaining balance of the full purchase price will be due upon completion and prior to customer delivery. All funds are quoted and required payment will be in US Dollars. No exceptions. A payment schedule will be provided to buyer for his/her convenience with due dates and amounts. Production positions are transferable. FoxAir LLC must approve the transfer of a production position. Terms of this agreement must be agree upon by all parties involved and a new purchase and sales agreement signed by the party the production position is transferring to. All funds previously paid to FoxAir LLC in regards to the transferred production position will remain with FoxAir LLC. Custom Options

Custom Options, such as paint schemes or custom panels, will be quoted separately. Custom options are quoted on an individual basis and may require additional deposit and or charges for installation requirements and materials. Warranty

FoxAir LLC warranties all workmanship and materials used in the manufacturing of this aircraft for a period of 6 months from date of delivery. All original warranties from outside suppliers, including avionics, propellers, and engines, will remain as stated by the individual supplier. No other warranties are implied or expressed by FoxAir LLC. Sales Tax

FoxAir LLC will furnish the buyer, an Aircraft Bill of Sale (FAA Form AC 8050-2) at time of delivery for full amount of the purchase price. Buyer of said aircraft will be responsible for state sales tax and any fees associated with the registration of the aircraft in the buyers residence/registration state.



Insurance

Insurance coverage will be the responsibility of FoxAir LLC through the production process. Buyer takes full responsibility for any and all insurance requirements at the time the Bill of Sale and Registration paperwork is issued to the buyer. FoxAir LLC is held harmless when buyer has taken possession of the aircraft. Flight Instruction

Flight instruction in your new Kitfox Light Sport SLSA can be arranged by contacting Stick and Rudder Aviation at www.stick-rudder.com or 208.477.1318. Please contact them in advance to set up an instruction session. 7 hours of instruction with Stick and Rudder Aviation is included with the purchase of your new Kitfox Light Sport SLSA. See Kitfox Flight Training Addendum for details. ________ initial Delivery

Buyer will be notified of expected completion date in advance and will be responsible to arrange pick up or delivery of their Kitfox Light Sport SLSA aircraft purchased. Storage fee will be assessed @$75.00 per day for any aircraft deemed ready for delivery by FoxAir LLC and not picked up from the factory within 15 days of completion. Possession of Aircraft

Possession of the aircraft is when the Bill of Sale and Registration paperwork has been issued to the buyer. ADDENDUM

FLIGHT TRAINING OFFERED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. A maximum of 7 hours instruction (two hours ground and five hours flight instruction) will be included with the purchase of your new Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft. This training is to be scheduled directly with Stick & Rudder Aviation @ www.stick-rudder.com or by contacting them at 208.477.1318. No other flight school or instructor may be used for this training included in with your purchase. You may schedule your instruction in your new Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft at the time of delivery or you may schedule instruction in a Stick & Rudder Aviation Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft. This instruction is to be scheduled within 60 days prior to delivery or within 7 days after delivery is taken of your new Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft. Any instruction taken outside of this time frame will not be provided by FoxAir LLC and cost of such instruction will be the responsibility of the customer. This provided instruction applies to original purchaser only and does not apply to the resale of any Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft.
