AUTOMATIC ICE STORAGE AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
ROBUST ICE STORAGE CONSTRUCTION
Electrical requirement:
The storage bin consists of inner and outer parts. The inner part is an ice storage room with an ice rake inside and an air cooler on the top while the outer part includes an ice deflector with a horizontal spiral conveyor below. The ice storage bin is equipped with air cooling unit, which keeps the temperature in it minus 7 degree C approx. The ice storage bin is built with PUF panels and has a specially designed air gap between the ice storage area and the PUF panels which facilitates free air movement all around the ice storage space thus ensuring uniform temperature of the entire storage area. This also ensures that ice flakes remain dry and do not form lumps thus ensuring uninterrupted delivery by screw conveyor or pneumatic conveyors. The motors used inside the ice storage for various mechanism are safe guarded by protective device for trouble free operation of all mechanisms.
All surfaces coming in contact with ice are zinc plated thus preventing chances of corrosion or rusting even after in use for a long time.
The wall, floor and roof are made from high quality PUF panels supported by steel frames.
