Texas Instruments Graphing Calculator Contract

I, ______________________________, agree to care for the TI-84 Plus calculator with serial

number _______________________________________ issued by the mathematics

department at KIPP NYC College Preparatory High School for the 2010-2011 school year. In

addition, I agree to honor the terms and conditions listed below in this contract.

I agree to:

  Care for the calculator as instructed by the mathematics teacher

  Return the calculator by the deadline set forth by Math Teacher or whenever student withdraws

from KIPP NYC CP, in good and working condition 

  Report any malfunction immediately to Math Teacher

  Pay the replacement cost of $75 for a damaged, lost, or stolen calculator

  Students are responsible for replacement of AAA batteries throughout school year

  Calculators have serial #s and are non-transferrable. This means that if a student returns a calculator

with a serial # that has been assigned to another student, the student returning the calculator will

owe KIPP NYC CP $75 unless another student returns a calculator with his or her serial #.

Contrato para las calculadoras Texas Instrument 

Yo, ______________________________, estoy de acuerdo de cuidar la calculadora TI-84

Plus con número de serie_______________________________________ emitida por el

departamento de matemáticas en KIPP NYC College Prep High School para el año escolar 2011-

2012. Además, estoy de acuerdo de respetar los términos y condiciones que se enumeran a

continuación en el presente contrato.

Estoy de acuerdo:

  Cuidar la calculadora por segun las instrucciones del professor/a de matemáticas

  Devolver la calculadora en el plazo establecido all professor/a de matemáticas

  Informarle cualquier fallo inmediatamente al professor/a de matemáticas

  Pagar el coste de reposición de $75 por una calculadora dañada, perdida o robada

  Los estudiantes son responsables de la sustitución de las baterías AAA durante todo el año escolar

  Las calculadoras tienen número de serie s, y no son transferibles. Esto significa que si un estudiante

devuelve una calculadora con un número de serie que ha sido asignado a otro estudiante, el

estudiante regresar la calculadora le debo KIPP NYC CP $75 a menos que otro estudiante devuelve

una calculadora con su número de serie.
