Kingsway Property[1] The Kingsway Property consists of two claim blocks Gander north with 154 claims and Gander South with 110 claims.

[2] Labrador Gold has the option to earn a 100% interest.

[3] Infrastructure is excellent located just 18km from the town of Gander with road access to the project, nearby electricity and abundant local water.

[4] The Gander South block is located approximately 4.5km northeast of the recent gold discovery by New Found Gold.

[5] Both claim blocks lie along the northeastern extension of the same structure on which the New Found Gold discovery occurs, covering approximately 14km of strike length.

[6] Significant gold anomalies in till, soil and vegetation occur on both blocks.

Work to Date

[7] $1.34 million in exploration expenditures over the past four years.

[8] Over 1,758 till samples 3,724 vegetation samples 2,381 till XRF samples and 2,958 soil samples taken over a 45km by 15km area.

[9] The most prospective areas resulting from this work are covered by the Gander North and South claim blocks.

[10] The New Found Gold discovery hole was drilled into the Keats gold showing and intersected 92.0 g/t Au over 19.0 metres.

[11] The Keats showing is one of several in the area associated with historical gold in soil anomalies.

[12] Keats and the other high grade (>5g/t) gold showings occur along the Appleton Fault Zone.

[13] The Fault zone continues northeast onto the Gander South claim block.

[14] It can also be traced on airborne geophysics through the Gander North block.

[15] This represents approximately 16km of the Appleton Fault Zone on the two claim blocks.

[16] Such major fault zones are known to be associated with orogenic gold deposits in Canada and elsewhere in the world.

Appleton Fault Zone Extension

[17] Potential location of Appleton Fault Zone on Gander North block highlighted by resistivity high.

[18] Extrapolated through Gander South to link up with zone in south.

[19] Results of geochemical surveys suggest good potential for gold deposits associated with the extension of the Appleton fault zone.

[20] Gold shows better alignment with Appleton extension in the south and antimony is better in the north.

[21] The north northeast trend of gold anomalies in vegetation on Gander South follows the same trend as the occurrences on the New Found Gold claims to the south.

Kingsway - Till Sampling

[22] Au anomalies in till (>90th

Percentile) show an alignment along the Appleton extension on Gander South but more dispersed in north.

[23] Sb anomalies in till show better alignment in the north.

[24] Sb anomalies are useful to highlight structures.

Kingsway - Soil Sampling

[25] Gold in soil shows a good northeast trend in Gander North.

[26] Not as many soil samples taken on Gander South, but still anomalous in both areas.

[27] Antimony anomalies show similar trend to gold in Gander north, but strongest anomalies occur in the north of the claim block.

[28] Antimony anomalies are lower in Gander South.

Gander South Compilation

[29] Historical work on the Gander South property shows significant gold anomalies in both soil and till.

[30]Values up to 89g/t Au in till heavy mineral concentrates with several values greater than 10g/t Au.

[31] Soil anomalies to northwest of grid possibly indicate source of till anomalies.

Kingsway – 2020 Program[32] Ground Mag-VLF-EM surveys on both claim blocks to identify prospective structures.

[33] Detailed soil sampling program over both claim blocks to check for gold anomalies associated with structures defined by Mag-VLF-EM.

[34] Soil sampling in the region has led to the discovery of many of the gold occurrences in the region.

[35] The association of gold in soil anomalies with structures interpreted from Mag/VLF-EM data would constitute targets for a first phase drill program.
