Your wedding day should be stress-free and memorable. Let us provide a simple, yet memorable event for you and your guests.

BOOKING PROCESSContact group sales to check date availability. We will provide a contract and require a $500 deposit to hold your date. The deposit will be applied to the final bill and balance will be due two weeks prior to the event. There are no refunds for unused tickets or cancellations during the two weeks prior to the wedding date.

FAIRE ACCESSWeddings will be held from 12:00pm-2:00pm or 4:00pm-6:00pm. You may arrive no earlier than one hour prior to your event time to set up decorations and clear the area no later than one hour after your event.The Castle Gates open to the public at 11:00am. This is the earliest the Bridal Party may enter the grounds.

WEDDING CEREMONYCouples must provide their own officiant. There is no altar provided, nor any other semblance of church; please advise your Clergy.

DECORATIONSNo linens, flowers, or other decorations are provided. You are permitted to provide additional decorations. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for items you may wish to use during the ceremony or reception. No decorations can be brought to the grounds/set up earlier than one hour before the event. All decorations must be cleaned up no later than one hour after the event.

MUSICLive musical accompaniment will be provided for your wedding ceremony. Musical guests will also be scheduled throughout your reception. No musicians, singers, or recorded music can be brought onto the Faire grounds.

WEDDING CAKEYou are responsible for contacting Rosie’s Creative Cakes once your wedding is booked. She will discuss what is included in your package. You can upgrade for additional charges paid directly to Rosie. Rosie can be reached at 717-898-9156. rosiescreativecakes.com

CHANGING FACILITIESThere are no designated changing facilities or backstage areas for storage, gifts, flowers, or any additional wedding items. Please plan accordingly.

REHEARSALA one-hour Friday rehearsal may be scheduled throughout Group Sales prior to your wedding. Rehearsals are scheduled to end before 5:00pm. We cannot accommodate same-day rehearsal. All persons involved with rehearsal must be off the grounds by 5:00pm. Vehicles are not allowed on festival grounds.

GUEST TICKETS & REMINDERSOnce your final payment is received, faire admission tickets will be mailed to you. Distribution of tickets to your guests is your responsibility. Please inform your guests that your wedding ceremony and reception is being held outdoors. The weather is always a factor at an outdoor event. The faire grounds are not suited for high heels. You wedding guests will appreciate knowing ahead of time that this is a casual affair.
