Project Introduction

The work comprises of detailed shop drawing design of civil, structural, building works, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installation work, site work and all other works for the construction, completion of the King Fahad Cardio- Surgery and Disease Center Building. This is a seven (7) storey building a total floor area of 70.000 m2, one (1) of which is basement.

The project duration is 720 calendar days from the site handover date confirmed with a signed acceptance by ABV Rock Group Ltd., Project Manager. Project Highlights
