Instructions

Print and laminate the addition cards for added durability.Grab some erasable markers.

Count the number of cubes. Write the number of the first color in one box and the number of the second color in the second box.

Count how many cubes there are altogether and write the answer.Extension – Model the sums with connecting cubes. Use two different colors for each sum to

model how two numbers (parts) can make up a (whole) number - like the picture.
