SYN3RGY OVERVIEW SYN3RGY Creative Group is not your average marketing firm. They

stand apart from being the average over-priced media factory that

puts a quick campaign together and hopes that it works out for the

best. SYN3RGY Creative wants to be your media partner for the long-

haul and to do so they use strategic marketing strategy, goal-oriented

designs, research, and experience to bring the client what is best for

their company. SYN3RGY’s goal is to meet the clients goals. SYN3RGY

currently has four employees, Steven Newlon, President/CEO, whom I

worked under during my internship. He also has a design director who is

stationed in Dallas, TX, a Web/Services Director, and Kalie Fry who works

in strategic communications here in Oklahoma City. Although still a young

marketing firm, SYN3RGY Creative was recently awarded a Top 5 for

“Best Public Relations Firm” and “Best Web Design Firm” in Oklahoma City

by OKC Biz magazine for 2014.

You are cordially invited to attend OKC’s biggest charity event. This event will be benefitting adoption agencies Dillon International and

Both Ends Burning. Our goal is to raise $28,000 in total donations from

this event through both our auction items and through donations. Although

the goal may be ambitious, this number was chosen as a symbolic reminder

of the cost of adopting one child internationally. All funds received will help

support these organizations sustain their adoption efforts.

We hope you can attend our charity event. There is no admission fee

or RSVP required, although RSVP’s are appreciated if possible. If you

cannot make the event but would like to make a donation, please feel free to contact me directly.

Let our TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system harness the sun for you.We rightfully claim to have the world’s first use of solar thermal energy for well treatment. Energy and Environmental Services, Inc has had results that exceed all expectations - 235 to 300% increase in production. We utilize a special chemical mixed with produced well fluid in the TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system and injected down the casing of the pumping wells. The TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system is a well treatment system that uses state of the art solar technology combined with EnduroTech™ solid chemicals to treat oil and gas production problems. The TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system is delivered to the well site and hooked up to the well head. EnduroTech™ solid chemicals are loaded into the system and a treatment is now in place.

Paraffin can be both removed and controlled with the system. The answer to removing paraffin is heat, which is furnished by the system. We have the full line of paraffin solvents, detergents, dispersants, and crystal modifiers so that we can answer the problems with your particular type of paraffin. We can solve your paraffin problems down hole and throughout your treating vessels ti the sell tank and then help the pipeline people should they have similar problems with paraffin.

Our TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system can be employed for demulsification purposes. It can be used in remote areas where lease gas is not available or is more valuable to sell than to use or as a supplement to your regular system.

The system has applications to the oil field from the producing formation to the refinery. The potential is unlimited or limited only by your imagination as to its applications.

Two important additional features of employing our system in the oil industry are that of having no problems with the governments E.P.A. and the energy used is free.

When using the system, no differential controls, pumps, gas, or electricity are required. There are no moving parts to wear out in the TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system. The sun supplies 100% of the heat.

The principle of the TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system’s heating is as follows:

It works on the change-of-state method, which is the best way to move heat from one place to the place where it is needed. The process is non-explosive, non-corrosive, and will not freeze. Change-of-state occurs in collector circuits and the heat exchange tank containing oil and brine water from the pumping well. The transfer fluid travels from the collection devices to the exchange tank when there is only 1 degree difference. Once the transfer is complete, the vapor becomes liquid and returns to the solar heat collectors to start another cycle.

Installing the unit on location requires hooking in two lines: one to the flowline bleeder and the other to the

well casing.

Our specialty chemicals go into the casing line and travel down hole with the hot fluid. When the unit is uploaded in a suitable place, faced south and collection bank set for proper angle, the operation begins.

Historically, our unit in Carter County, Oklahoma was designed to develop 170 degrees F. It produced up to 197 degrees F. With our current state-of-the-art collectors, we have recorded temperatures to 250 degrees F.

Energy & Environmental Services, employing the TherMel-Kem™ well-treating system, is introducing a completely patented system and process to the Oil Industry. The process, primarily developed for Thermal stimulation

for increased oil production and paraffin control and removal, can also be adapted to demulsification and many other uses in oil production and transportation.

EVALUATION At first, starting out at a new work place is nerve wracking, I just kept thinking, what if they don’t like my designs? What if they don’t think I know what I am doing? Luckily, I had supportive coworkers who just so happened to be class mates. We helped each other make it through our first steps in the professional world and it was relieving knowing that they were going through the same feelings I was. In the end, the experience was great. I found out I knew exactly what I was doing and the clients loved my designs. I feel more confident working in a professional environment and know 100% that graphic design is my calling. I have learned a lot of new skills that will be very useful in furthering my career, Sadly, I say goodbye to SYN3RGY Creative, but say hello to the next experiences in my graphic design career.
