ConstrucTTTask Description
Project Initiation • Conduct inception meeting to outline the methodology, confirm
key deliverables and present a project plan to the stakeholders
BPR / Requirements Gathering • Improve quality of ConstrucTT by reducing the fragmentation of
work across silos and modernising the end-to-end processes
• Identify and requirements by utilising requirements that have
been collected and identified in the BPR process
System Design & Development • Perform application software design and customisation
Test and Acceptance • Subjected to acceptance testing by the MPD and other key
stakeholders to confirm that it conforms to the specifications
Infrastructure • Done in parallel to development activities, so that all third-party
hardware/software will be ready for ConstrucTT to be deployed
Training / Change Management • Executed by staff experienced in their scope of work, and one of
the scope of work is to train MPD staff and other key stakeholders
Maintenance and Operations • Focus more on the smooth running of ConstrucTT
