Hidayah means guidance and supportive

Taufik means blessing and approved

There are two types of Hidayah:◦Ijadiah◦Irsyadiah

Brothers is Islam...


Ijadiah is the guidance directly from Allah to his servants

Irsyadiah is the guidance lead by man through training and teaching

Asar: The best thing that Allah grant on us is taufiq and hidayah, while the best thing that Allah grant on one’s heart is the feeling of honesty

Lack of taufik and hidyah in life is consider as lost, lost in his way of life, lost in his career, lost whenever he feels happiness and sorrowfulness, lost whether he is in state of good health and sick, lost his aim and purpose in this world.

42:52 And thus, too, [O Muhammad,] have We revealed unto thee a life-giving message, [coming] at Our behest. [Ere this message came unto thee,] thou didst not know what revelation is, nor what faith [implies]: but [now] We have caused this [message] to be a light, whereby We guide whom We will of Our servants: and, verily, [on the strength thereof] thou, too, shalt guide [men] onto the straight way

28:56 VERILY, thou canst not guide aright everyone whom thou loves: but it is God who guides him that wills [to be guided]; and He is fully aware of all who would let themselves be guided.

Based on Al-Hikam Syeikh Atoillah: There are indications that show men are guided by Allah;1. Favor to make good deeds2. Inclination to do wrong deeds but

fortunately Allah will prevent it3. Always hope for Allah by making

supplication

Remember:◦ Allah will not ask about the age that we

live in this world but what we did in our age

◦ Allah will not ask on how many contributions that we have made and how many books that we have published rather Allah will ask whether they are all in line with Syariah principles.
