However, Tim went on to explain how he was influenced by the words of fellow KHTM member Bob Taylor “No More Resolutions” is Bob Jr.s mantra, because if something needs to be changed then you should wait until the New Year to change it. Next up we had a ro using Table Topics session Pecha Kucha style. Bob Kienzle put together a bunch of images and photos of club members and the speakers had to put together an impromptu speech by using the images. It was a hard task, but our brave speakers did their best to navigate Bob’s ppt. Next up was the speech session. Yunhee started off by professing to her procrastination. Next up was Bob Jr who told us the story of a man’s long road to success and the porridge that helped him achieve it. Lastly, it was Jacob’s turn; Victoria joined in as Jacob worked fro m the interpersonal communication manual and showed us all a system of dealing with verbal con frontation by through an acronym we wont soon forget. Great job once again by everybody who participated. You have been a member of the club for years, how has the club changed over thtime?I think the club has gone through a few phawe went from being a really fun and dynambut lacking the professionalism, to being a mmore professional club and now it feels likebest of both worlds.

How have you grown as a speaker and leader in that time?I think my leadership skills and self confidence as a leader have really incrI’m certainly a better speaker but I’m not out of the jungle yet, especially wprepared speeches… I still have a lot of learning to do. 

 You’re acting Past President this term, what are your goals for thatposition?

I want to act as an advisor to the rest of the Executive but make sure to letrun the club. Instead, I want to focus my energies on being an ambassadothe club, greeting guests, hosting special events and just bring a lot of creto the club as a whole.
