CURRENT WORK:

Employer: Saudi Bin Ladin Group, Haramain Gate CO. (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Project: DAMAC Twin Residential Towers (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).

Project Duration: From October 2013 till now.

Project Overview: The project involves construction of twin towers; Tower A (Damac Esclusiva

Apartments) comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor and 29 additional

Floors offering 100 luxury serviced apartments. While Tower B (Paramount 5

Hotel) consisting of 3 basement levels, a ground floor and 36 additional floors

Offering 215 units.

Job Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer.

Responsibilities: -Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP).

-Control of Concrete, sampling and testing of materials in accordance with the

specified standards and as approved in the Inspection test plan.

-Control of site supervision activities provision across the project to deliver

quality installations in accordance with the contract documents.

-Control inspections, submittal reviews and all QA/QC documentations.

-Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project,

organize/witness field and laboratory Tests, conducted by third parties on

construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specification.

-Review the subcontractor’s pre qualifications.

-Maintain a Sample room for approved materials in accordance with the contract.

-Participate in mock up inspections/ stage inspections and ascertain that the work

is executed in accordance with the contract document and approved standards.

Project: Al Jawharah Tower (Jeddah. Saudi Arabia).

Project Overview: project comprises from a 47-storey luxury apartment, three podium levels and

another floor of parking, while it’s Versace-design.

Job Title: Project Engineer.

Responsibilities: -Execute all finishing site works as planned/scheduled.

-Supervise the performance of Finishing Foremen and Laborers

-Ensure timeliness in schedule without disregarding quality

-Maintain a punch list of to-do and accomplished works.

-Perform daily site inspection/inspection of works

-Monitor all finishing works e.g. 0Painting, Gypsum Boards, and ceilings Tiling,

Doors, Windows, Furniture, Carpentry and Masonry Works, Plaster, MEP works

- Ensure good finishing quality for all civil and interior works.

-Preparation of Correspondences and Reports (e.g. Accomplishment Report, for

Inspection.

-Report, Punch Listing, Activity Report, Manpower Report, Equipment.

-Report progress, including schedule updates, data and quantities executed.

-Review drawings to implement and coordinate design / shop drawings, and

Transmit data to subordinates.

-Implement construction strategies and methods in coordination with the section

Engineer, and report problems / deviations from design / shop drawings.

-Implement Safety Standards in the Project Site.

-Conduct Performance Evaluation of Finishing Foremen and Laborers.
