Apr 8 – Granville Island Ferry Ride $2 Have you ever been to an island in the middle of a city? Granville Island has a public market, brewery, souvenir shops, art galleries, and more! It’s a favourite destination for both tourists and locals. Our trip will include a short ferry ride!
Apr 9 – Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge and Hike We’ll be spending the afternoon in Lynn Valley; a beautiful park with waterfalls, trails, and a bridge suspended 50 meters in the air. Best of all, it’s FREE!
The winter may be over, but there’s still lots to do at one of the greatest one of the most famous and popular ski resorts in the world! Enjoy awesome activities like skiing, snowboarding, bungee jumping, snow tubing, and more. There will also be lots of free events and concerts for the World Ski & Board Festival!
Apr 27 – Kayaking on False Creek $30 Come check out our first kayaking activity of the season! We’ll start with an orientation to kayaking on the calm water neat Science World, then we can venture up False Creek for incredible views of Vancouver from the water! Space is limited, so register early!

Your time in Vancouver is not complete without biking on the seawall around Stanley Park! Join your KGIC friends for a fantastic 2-hour bicycle tour, and learn about some of Stanley Parks famous landmarks. This activity includes bicycle and helmet rental.

Apr 21 – Laser Tag $10 Join forces with your fellow KGIC students to take down other players! Laser Tag is a game in which you try to “shoot” other players with a laser. It’s a great way to let off steam after class!
