KEY GOALS TO SUSTAIBABLE DEVELOPMENT:

Page 3: KEY GOALS TO SUSTAIBABLE DEVELOPMENTGeopathic Radiation/ Stress Ernst Hartmann, Germany (1940’s-60) After 30 years of research, he concluded that cancer is a disease of location

WHO (1983 and 1986) reported that up to 30% of new and refurbished buildings throughout the world may be affected by SBS (Sick Building Syndrome). This can cause headaches, tension between staff, loss of concentration, depression, stress, fatigue high absenteeism, increase in staff turnover and lower morale of people.

Environmental Radiation - Electro smog

Atleast 20% of spaces in our Homes & Offices are impacted by Earth’s Geopathic Radiation

Levels of Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) have increased by 100

times in the last 15 years

Shouldn’t we be doing something about this?

Andrew Weil, MD, Physiscian

Geopathic Radiation/ Stress

Ernst Hartmann, Germany (1940’s-60)

After 30 years of research, he concluded that cancer is a disease of location

Otto Bergmann, Austria (1987-89)

Based on 462,000 measurements, Bergmann found geopathic stress affects Blood Pressure & Circulation, Heartbeat, Breathing, Skin Resistance and Electrical Conductivity of muscle points

Kathe Bacheler, Austria (1989)

In a survey that included 3,000 apartments and over 11,000 people, Bacheler discovered 100% correlation between geopathic stress and 500 cases of cancer she studied. She also found 95% correlation with “problem” children.

A distortion of the natural electromagnetic fields of the Earth.

Excerpts from International Research

WHO Report: Lyon, France, May 31, 2011

The WHO/International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B), based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer associated with wireless phone use (http://www.iarc.fr/en/media-centre/pr/2011/pdfs/pr208_E.pdf)

What Can Electromagnetic Pollution (EMR) do to us?

Scientific evidence show that long-term exposure to every day EMR can cause: • Stress, • Headaches, • Dizziness, • Anxiety, • Fatigue also associated with Cancer & Heart related problems.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION

ENVIRONICS HELPS IN DESIGNING A RADIATION MANAGED BUILT ENVIRONMENT

& OFFERS NON INSTRUSIVE SOLUTIONS REQUIRING NO CHANGE IN LAYOUTS

FOR ALL HARMFUL ENVIRONMENTAL RADIATIONS

Way Forward

Invite suggestions from participants, planners and govt. agencies for taking this forward.

Consider formation of an autonomous body for drafting new standards and recommending incorporation into existing standards (BIS, NBC codes, CPWD specifications, etc) for grading new buildings as well as reviewing the state of used and occupied buildings on a yearly basis.

For Buildings already built, methods for correcting and testing the impact of various parameters affecting health of occupants to be evaluated and included in the standards and specifications.

Interaction with relevant Government agencies to make necessary legislations.

Govt. and financial institutions should incentivize companies who adopt these measures to ensure better public health.
