Dear Sir / Madam, I can confirm that I have known Kevin Gardiner, for more than 12 years, in his capacity as site manager at Everest Community Academy and previously at Warblington School. I have had the chance to get to know Kevin over this time in my roles starting out as an electrical design engineer, then Management surveyor for Hampshire County Council working on projects and supporting the school(s) and found Kevin to be a very hard-working colleague. He is highly organised, has great communication skills and I have always been very impressed with the way that he has approached work. Kevin operates with integrity, and always with desire to achieve the best for the schools he has worked at, working in partnership with colleagues, contractors and users. He is hard working and dedicated, and an asset to a school.
