At Ken Garf, we posted a billboard that ofended many in the community. We sincerelyapologize. The billboard had a photo o a trac ocer with the words, !e doesn"t hear you. Wedo.# $ur concept was actually meant to be pro%police, though we ob&iously ailed in that respect.

The ocer pictured ' who we photographed with permission ' was meant to represent a tracocer who was uncompromising in hearing e(cuses or speeding.

)or some time, we*&e tried to incorporate humor in our campaigns. The ris+ with humor is thatcan miss the mar+, li+e it did here. We didn"t intend this to be disrespectul when we appro&edthe billboard.

n hindsight, we recognize the negati&e way it can be, and has been, interpreted. We*&e heardyou and ha&e ta+en the billboards down. We ha&e immense respect or those who ser&e andprotect us e&ery day. -any o them are our amily members, neighbors, customers and riends.We recognize and honor their ser&ice and sacrice. We sincerely apologize to those we ha&eofended. We hear your complaints and are acting accordingly.
