Keever and Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. This warm vanilla shell in a mixed use building in Magnolia consists of approximately 1200 sqft. The chiropractor interested in opening up shop contacted Keever and Associates, Inc. to provide pricing information for the tenant improvement of the space and design guidance.
