• PMH employees that engaged in condition management health coaching from 2016 or 2017 (Time 1) to 2018 (Time 2) had greater improvements in 9 out of 9 health improvement measures in comparison to employees that did not enroll in health coaching.

• In addition, PMH employees that engaged in lifestyle management health coaching from Time 1 to Time 2 had greater improvements in 5 out of 9 health improvement measures in comparison to employees that did not enroll in health coaching.
