Teledoc gives you 24 hours a day, seven days a week access to a US board-certified doctor through the convenience of phone, video, or mobile app visits. Visit teladoc.com. or call 1-800-TELADOC (835-2362) h KBP Foods employees are eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days after completion of an 11-month measurement period if they worked an average of 30 hours or more per week. h The spouse of an employee who is eligible for coverage under his or her employer's health plan will not be eligible for coverage under KBP’s Medical plans. h The Preventive Services Plan is a preventative-only plan that covers 63 specific tests and procedures required by the Affordable Care Act. It does not cover any medical treatments, such as doctor’s office visits and Emergency Room visits for illnesses or accidents.
