MoRE InSIgHTIn 2006, the Kansas Legislature eliminated the property tax on new business and machinery, generating major savings for large-scale manufacturers, including aviation companies. In 2008, the legislature approved making up to $33 million in state incentives available for eligible large-scale aviation projects.
