COMMUNITY REMINDER: When coming to
the café for coffee or tea please be sure to
bring your new travel mug with you. We
are trying to save the environment by using less paper

Our Father's Day brunch will be on Sunday June 16th
from 11:30-2:00 p.m. Last seating is at 1:30 p.m.
A new semester of Watermark University is upon us! By now
everyone should have received their new catalogs and noticed that
we are welcoming many new presenters, along with having some of
our favorite ones back. You are sure to find something this semester
that will pique your interest! Here are some classes to look forward
to in June:
June 1- Basic Technology with Alex Micket
June 4- Homemade Hand Scrub with Tracy Crooks
June 7- Second series on Prohibition- The Couple Who Broke Codes

We are dedicating this June to
a specific type of men:
A Father. Here at the Legacy
at Park Crescent, we will be
hosting a variety of different
activities dedicated to not
only the father's here in our
community, but the
father's around the world! We will be kicking off the month with
our Watermark University course on Friday June 7th second series
on Prohibition The Couple who Broke Codes combined with our
weekly Happy Hour. We're taking a trip to the Seneca casino on
Wednesday June 5th, Red wings game on Thursday June 13th,
Genesee Country Museum on Saturday June 15th, Wednesday June
26th Susan B. Anthony Tour, Thursday June 27th Memorial Art
Gallery tour. Our Mexican themed lunch this month is at Los
Gallos.

June is National Men's Health Month
Tweak your diet:
Men's Health Month is a great
opportunity to change the way you eat.
Cut back on alcohol this month or up
your intake of healthy fermented foods
like sauerkraut and kefir. You can do
anything for a month, and if you do it for
a month, you can do it for life!
Set some goals:
Use this month to take stock of your
health now and think about where you
want it to be. Do you want to lose
weight? Gain muscle? Simply eat more
vegetables? Set small and achievable
goals and work with your doctor to make
them a reality.
Participate in exercise
Join our strengthening class, stretch &
tone, fit & tone,walking club, our new
chair zumba,yoga.
Path to Well-Being
Blue Star Mother's Club Saturday June 11, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.
Please join our Blue Star Mother's club by donating a letter or card for
deployed soldiers. The organization overview: Mothers, stepmothers, foster
mothers and female legal guardians who have children serving in the
military, guard or reserves, or children who are veterans. They support each
other and their children while promoting patriotism. Their organization
focuses on their mission every single day and will never, ever, forsake our
troops, our veterans or families of our Fallen Heroes. If you have a loved
one who is Deployed please bring their address so we can send a letter or
card to them as well.
