Before this, he worked with the City of Cedar Springs, the Village of Spring Lake, and the Kent County Road Commission. Luke Peterson is a principal programmer for Roadsoſt with over 19 years of soſtware engineering experience, and has been with the Center for Technology & Training (CTT) since 1999. He is the lead developer for the Laptop Data Collector (LDC) soſtware and for Roadsoſt’s Sign, Culvert, Guardrail, Driveway, and project modules. Pete Torola, PE, is a research engineer who has been with the Center for Technology & Training (CTT) since 2014. Prior to joining the CTT team, he had over 13 years of experience working as a resident engineer on county highway construction projects.
