Outlook for July

In June, the Redondo Beach real estate market produced 90 sales, increased the median sales price $13.5K, and improved its sales/listing ratio by 9.5%. Furthermore, year-over-year analysis reveals a 15.4% jump in sales, a 6.7% in median sales price, and 15% reduction in median days to sell. In the news… According to C.A.R., “home sales reach highest level in two years” despite modest inventory constraints on housing supply (http://www.car.org/newsstand/newsreleases/2015releases/june2015sales/?view=Standard). Given the aforementioned it is reasonable to conclude July activity will mirror, if not surpass, stats recorded in June. For buyers or sellers contemplating jumping into the market, please call me today. - Proper preparation cannot be overstressed!
