Summary In May, investment in Redondo Beach real estate produced 7.2% increase total sales, 20% decrease in median days to sell, and a 28.9% improvement in net listings. Tracking in the opposite direction the median sales price dropped 3.6% while the sales-listing ratio declined 16.9%. Year-over-year the median sales price for June jumped 5.9% or $51K in 2016 as compared to 2015.
