Course fees and cancellaons A deposit of € 170 (3-5 years) or € 195 (6-14 years) is required to reserve a place and is not refundable on cancellaon. The balance of fees is payable 4 weeks before the course starts. Any refund of fees will only be made in exceponal circumstances at the discreon of the principal. 2. Conduct Children must aend regularly and punctually - the school must be nofied of jusfied absences (ie illness). The school reserves the right to exclude or suspend students if their aendance is not sasfactory or for reasons of misconduct. No refund will be given in such circumstances. All Nursery-aged children must be toilet-trained. 3. Health and Safety Parents or guardians must inform of any relevant medical condion or allergy (including food allergies) concerning their children and provide any relevant treatment linked to this to the Heads of the Aloha Summer School, prior to the start of the course. Parents give the school permission to administer any emergency treatment necessary for their children in their absence. Parents must ensure they are always reachable on the contact phone number provided to the school. The school must be nofied of suspected or known infecous diseases of pupils so that appropriate acon can be taken. 4. Summer School Programme The school reserves the right to vary details of the acvies offered without noce and to cancel acvies should the minimum number of parcipants not be reached. Parents/pupils (6-14 years) will need to choose their acvies before the start of the course. 5. Aloha Summer School Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

1. Course fees and cancellations

A deposit of € 170 (3-5 years) or € 195 (6-14 years) is required to reserve a place and is not refundable on cancellation.

Summer School 2018

A deposit of €170 (3-5 years) or €195 (6-14 years) is required to reserve a place and is not refundable on cancellation.

The balance of fees per pupil will be payable a month before the start of the course. Parents/pupils (6-14 years) will then choose their activities for the Summer School.

Summer School runs for 3 weeks and students can choose to join for the whole course or for individual weeks. Each week there are outings plus fun-filled adventure days.

Times: 09:30—14:00 h (snack and juice provided). The day is split into four sessions and the older children can choose a different activity for each session.

Uniform: Pupils will receive a Summer School uniform on their first day of attendance; its use is compulsory only for trips, but they can wear it every day if they wish.

THE PROGRAMME - For children aged 3-5 years

Musical games, singing and dance, story telling, sand/water play, computers, board games, cookery, art and craft activities—colouring, painting, cutting, modelling, sewing, etc. There is also the outdoor activity area for the children to enjoy, with its secure, soft surface, plus a paddling pool for cooling off in the summer sunshine. *Children in this age group will participate in one trip only during the four weeks. They will need to bring a towel and a swimsuit for the pool (no flip-flops). All children must be toilet-trained.

THE PROGRAMME - For children aged 6-14 years

Academic

English and Spanish: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced Mathematics: Using interactive Smart Boards Science: In state-of-the-art laboratories ICT: Desktop publishing, spreadsheets, databases, games

Cultural Dance: Exploring repertoire, choreography and improvisation through cheerleading, modern dance, sevillanas Art: Paint, draw, create graphics, illustrate, observe Music: We will offer piano classes, among other options

Sports Football, Golf, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Badminton, Tennis, Gymnastics, Athletics, Ping-pong, Yoga

Outings: Every Wednesday children will enjoy recreational and cultural trips.

Adventure Days (optional for children aged 10-14): on Thursday 12 and Thursday 19 of July, children will enjoy kayaking, raft building, climbing, abseiling and exciting beach games. The extra cost for this is 50 euros per student which covers transport,

insurance, all equipment and fully qualified instructors. Places must be booked on the Monday of each week.

Fun events on last day: Summer School will be rounded off with lots of different acti-vities such as sports competitions and our famous gymkhana. Family members are welcome.

PRICES AND RESERVATIONS

The cost for each student includes: all tuition fees, books and materials, insurance, daily snack, outings every Wednesday, Summer School uniform and Certificate. Adventure Days (optional): Thursday 12 and Thursday 19 July for children aged 10-14 —extra cost of €50 per student/session.
