MUSIC ARTRotating Art DisplaysSee original paintings by regional artists Susan Darling, Stephen Koons, Keeley McCue, Sharon Woelfling and Dianne Zinn on display in the following patient and family waiting areas: Nuclear Medicine wait area in Radiology, 6th floor family waiting areas H6101 and H6102, HVI patient area and family waiting area. All work is for sale.
Pick-a-PicOur art-lending program in designated in-patient rooms is blossoming. Thirty-nine rooms have specially made frames that accommodate changing art. Patients choose a painting from our growing collection of prints by regional professional artists. The Pick a Pic program is funded by nursing departments and by the Association of Faculty and Friends. For more information, contact [email protected]
Artistic EnhancementBetsy coordinates with local staff to artistically re-create patient waiting areas in need. See her creating a mural in the 7th floor rotunda this month!
Piano as Catch CanEnjoy impromptu piano music on the baby grand in the main entrance lobby and the surgical waiting area by Starbucks provided by our pianists when they have a moment.
