The, contractor receiving the award shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred (100) percent of the lump-sum amount, along with written proof of in- surance before receiving the Notice to Proceed. Bidders Packets with detailed specifications and the required forms, including the City of Lawrence- burg Contractor Pre-qualification Packet, may be picked up at the office of the Lawrenceburg Clerk-Treasurer during, normal working hours up to the mandatory Pre Bid Meeting.
