Welcome! High School is definitely going to be the most special time of your lives. It is true that some people say that high school is one of the best times of your life. The summer is now over and I know you’re all excited or nervous.

In high school you’ll experience a lot of things that you’ve never experienced before and probably never experience after high school. You’ll find friends that who will help you in the future. You will experience insanely difficult tests with questions just out of this world. You will find the strictest teachers you’ll ever know.

But, let’s focus on the first part of your future high school life. As you flip through this magazine in awe, you catch a glimpse on how life is being a freshman.

So sit back relax and enjoy as you read!!

A NEW ADVENTURE

A few questions we can answer for you.

Q: Is high school gonna be hell?

A: It sometimes will be. There will be hard tests, strict policies, and lesser free time. But most of your time here in high school won’t be. You will have fun with your friends. You will get to do more things with your friends, and become a more independent person. You now have more freedom as a high school student (You’re on your own with your home works and stuff)

Q: What are the possibilities of acing subjects there in High School?

A: Getting high grades in subjects is pretty dif!cult in high school. Because of the new letter grades, it’s easier to pass your assessments, but it de!nitely will be harder to ace them also.

Q: What special events should I look forward to in High School?

A: We don’t want to spoil this to you, so we’ll just tell you to enjoy in those events and make the most out of them.

How To Be Cool/Angas/Bully:

1st step: looking cool.

2nd step: You have to have swag. This is what cool means in high school. (You can’t be friends with “weird” people. Not that we’re saying you shouldn’t)

3rd step: Dominate. Stay on top. You never know what will happen to you. Intimidate others

4th step: Have your own crowd. It’s pretty cool to have other people follow what you do. You have in"uence. And that’s cool

nicely cut hair

Fit and clean

uniform

A “manly” backpack

*(Follow these steps and have the worst friends for life)

*You’re giving others a bad example.

This Is What We really Mean When We Say Cool...

1. Be yourself. It does not matter what popular people think of you. What matters is that you stay who you are.

2. Be friends with everyone. It doesn't matter how the person is even though he’s “weird” you should still be friends

with them and reach out.

3. Enjoy(no matter what)

1.Tests- difficult, if you dont listen in class, you wont understand the lesson.

2.Teachers- dont “screw” with them

3.Greenslips- be disciplined or you’ll get a free greenslip

4.“Hell” week- every quarter theres a hell week wherein teachers rush the assessments

Problems

Enjoy Highschool! Its true what they say:

its the best time of your life.
