Good Afternoon I have the good fortune to speak to you about the unique opportunity Glacier Peak v,i ll have on March 2, 2016 durifl9 theschool day. We v,i ll be hosti"9 the Nick of Time Founclatioo for a heart healthy screening for all students between the age of 14 and 24. As parents we know the value of having healthy children. Unfortunately, physicals or well-baby checks do not adequately screen their heart for defects. The statistics across America show that a youth dies every three days because of sudden cardiac arrest. have inc luded two attachments for your viewing. One is the flyer you are welcome to display and the other is the 4 page health history sheet that students must complete for the screening. I also have included the video link that wi ll inform you about the foundation and the screening process. Please feel free to share this link and informatioo with your friends and family members
