- In the Communications team, helping to merge departments together by restructuring organisational charts in Visio, as Matchtech Group were integrating with another recruitment company, Networkers. Had to contact and retrieve data from all directors/heads of departments. Reorganised and formatted the master integration Gantt chart in Excel for all departments, to make regular updates to the integration process easier to log. Updated annual budgets for IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Management and Legal departments. Created a presentation for internal use of the company, profiling all group support team members throughout the business for easy access on who to contact for specific queries.

- Assisted in finance department with data input, including monthly state of financial income.

- Assisted in marketing department, contacting radiography institutions and publications overseas (US, Canada, South Africa) to assess the cost of advertising job roles in those countries for one of Matchtech’s UK based clients.

Voluntary workI have participated in voluntary work through my church, St. Marys Longfleet. I led a youth group of 13-16 year olds for a year. I was a junior leader for a mission trip to South Africa and Mozambique during the summer of 2013, whereby I had to book and arrange flights for 30 people and also set up and help run events and activities.

Other InterestsI played rugby at school and for local clubs and helped to coach rugby to younger years at school, having taken a sports leadership course. I was also on the Southampton Solent University Rowing Team, helping to organise rowing events and taking the time to help train first years in the sport. I believe these activities show that I can be a capable and spirited team member.
