Logging into DACdb SO, your E-mail address has changed. There are 2 scenarios that come into play, if you are using your e-mail address as your Username to log in. First, if your member record in the database has NOT been updated yet, then you can LOG IN using your OLD e-mail address as the Username. Then, once you log in, just EDIT your record, and update the E-mail address in Section 2 of the Member Edit screen. This function automatically updates your log in Username to be the same value; or your Username (in Section 5) can be updated independently, if desired. Then, just remember your new log in Username, the NEXT time you log in. Or alternatively, if the Club Secretary has already updated your member record with your new E-mail address, then just log in using your new e-mail address as the Username.

My Club Club Officers At the club level, click edit club position to specify what position the member has in the club. It is the duty of the club secretary to update the club positions to reflect their current club leadership and to notify Rotary International of their incoming club officers for the new Rotary year. Club positions in DACdb are reported to RI. Deadline is December 31.

My Club- RI Compare If you club is signed up, you can compare the two databases (RI and dacDB) and make any changes necessary to member information. RI Direct Connection Changes applied to rotary.org within seconds, otherwise up to a week and re-keyed. This must be turned on for RI Compare

Pmail Stands for personalized mail Can email individuals, committees, the entire club. Can embed this into a club website (or the district website) and that persons email address will not be revealed. Great to have as email list to contact your club. Create/Send Emails with templates.
