Set up for Sending W/o Tickets from Dispatch Scheduler to eMobile
1. In eMobile ADMIN area under Technician Setup Tab ensure that the correct techs are marked as ACTIVE
2. In the Dispatch Scheduler ensure that you the W/O status indicates it is OPEN Send (Mobile) or something similar so that you can track that by status.
3. In the Dispatch Scheduler right click on a w/o appt ticket and select "Send To Mobile device" option.
4. In the Dispatch Scheduler the W/O Appt will have a new icon on it that looks like a device which indicates that it's a Mobile W/O appt that has been sent to the Mobile device for that tech
