Universo Introduction • 370,500 total hectares in northern San Luis Potosi
• Relatively flat topography, modest vegetation and thin overburden in a sparsely
populated region
• Located in the heart of a 300km trend of significant precious and base metal mines
and deposits:
– Goldcorp’s Penasquito Mine – Mexico’s largest open pit mine, containing Au,
Ag, Pb and Zn
– Goldcorp’s Camino Rojo Deposit – acquired for $238M from Canplats

• Widespread anomalous Au and Ag, >0.1g/t
• Majority of targets hosted in carbonate rocks, low angle thrust fault and high angle NNW to EW trending fault controlled mineralization
• High-level low-sulfidation epithermal Au-Ag characteristics throughout property along with key trace elemental signatures such as Hg, Sb and As.

the Carmen Mine, and 500m south of Golondrina
• Two veins have been identified, traceable on the
surface for approx. 200m
• Underground channel sampling returned assays

• Located 1km northeast of the Carmen Mine, consisting of four quartz-specular hematite
veins containing abundant copper oxides and occasional chalcopyrite
• A select chip sample of the westernmost vein yielded a value of 7.11% Cu while
channel sample across the vein assayed 4.02%
• Approx. 150m to the northeast, a 4th vein was sampled and returned a value of 10.6%
Cu, 2.38g/t Au and 15.2g/t Ag
• 15 Samples over an 800 x 400m area averaged 2.08% Cu, 0.206g/t Au and 3.41g/t Ag
Don Julio (Au-Cu-Zn)

• 1,500m of strike length, located 6km NW of Carmen
• Numerous gold-bearing copper oxide-quartz veins and
small artisanal mines
• 10 of 18 grab samples assayed between 1.7 and
15.7g/t Au, averaging 6.22g/t Au
• Select grab samples also assayed up to 7.6% Cu and
5.38% Zn
Cabellero Azteca (Au)

• Historical mine, artisanal production,
located 6km southeast of Carmen and
similar vein system to San Fernando and
Golondrina
• Historic workings are located in high-
sulfidation epithermal veins and breccia
zones
• High grade sample of dump material from
workings returned results of 4.51g/t Au,
4.6g/t Ag and 0.75% Cu
Hornitos (Mo)

• New molybdenite discovery located 6.5km west of Carmen Mine, 2km south of the
Don Julio Prospect
• 200m square area of sheeted quartz-molybdenite veins hosted within hornfels,
with one to three meter separation between veins
• Chip samples taken on quartz veins returned values of 0.18%, 0.24%, and 0.25%
Mo and the 5 samples averaged 0.173% Mo
• Satellite imagery has identified an altered area several kilometers in length by one
kilometer width
Montaña de Oro Introduction • 26,516 hectares located in the Sierra Madre Gold Belt of northwestern Mexico, a
prolific gold-silver belt with a history of mining dating back several hundred years
• It is 25km south of Coeur’s Palmarejo Mine and 20km north of Pan American’s Alamo
Dorado
– Palmarejo 2011 production: 9.0Moz Ag and 125,000oz Au
– Alamo Dorado 2011 production: 5.3Moz Ag and 166,000oz Au
• Property is underlain by the Guerrero Terrane which consists of Late Jurassic to Early
Cretaceous andesitic flows interbedded with andesitic tuffs and minor carbonate
sedimentary rocks and sandstone
• Three distinct styles of mineralization:
– Low sulphidation Au-Ag
– Porphyry-related Cu-Mo-Ag mineralization with an Au signature
– Contact metasomatic skarn deposits with distinct base metal (Pb+Zn) tenors
• A total of 22 targets have been identified to date, including: 17 areas of gold
mineralization, a carbonate replacement discovery, and 4 undrilled copper porphyries
• Favorable location for mine development with respect infrastructure and local
resources
• 125 drill holes for 30,165 meters by West Timmins Mining

• The zone, as it has been drill delineated to
date, is approx. 400m x 100m
• Strong IP anomoly
• Breccia zone to the south has strike length in
excess of 600m exposed with widths of 50 to
150m
• Highlight historical drill hole of 4.47m avg.

• Targets include:
– El Rodeo: vein widths of 0.3 to 6.0m over 1,500m
strike length, historical drill testing intersected 4.80m
of 9.58g/t Au and 121.78g/t Ag
– Don Pancho/La Violetta: historical samples running
bonanza grades in excess of 3,000 – 4,000g/t Ag
– Fronteriza: 1,500m x 400m area, historical drill testing
intersected 13.60m of 0.79g/t Au and 5.19g/t Ag
including 0.90m of 5.51g/t Au and 38.2g/t Ag
– Montaña de Oro: historical trench results returned

Suby Zone • Large (1,500m x 400m) gold-dominant mineralized low-sulphidation epithermal
system
• Disseminated sulphide mineralization occurs in quartz veins, breccias and
hematite-epidote altered andesite over a broad area
• Initial drill testing intersected 13.60m section which returned 0.79g/t Au and
5.19 Ag including a higher grade intersection of 5.51g/t Au and 38.2g/t Ag
• Orientation similar to a structural fabric also recognized in the Montaña de Oro
zone

• Located along the southern extension
of the regional scale El Rodeo fault
system, approx. 5km south of the El
Rodeo discovery
• Mineralization at surface consists of
strongly weathered, sulphide-rich
silicified andesite, rhyolitte and quartz
diorite
• The gossan zone is 1.5km by 0.8km in
size
• Acid leaching is evident in many
outcrops, and a prominent area of
stressed vegetation is evident over the
entire area
