Introduction~This Exhibition, Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities
Handbook has been designed and prepared by the PSMB to
assist potential exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers with important
information on participation in the HRDF Conference & Exhibition
2015 event.
The handbook contains all essential information in ensuring that
your HRDF Conference & Exhibition 2015 experience at the Kuala
Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) is enjoyable and trouble
free. This handbook includes a description of exhibition package
and specification, sponsorship and advertisement opportunities,
booking procedures and cancellation procedures.
Please read it carefully as it contains information specific to the
operating procedures of HRDF Conference & Exhibition 2015

5.1 For Exhibition Booth, Poster Panel, Sponsorship and Advertisement Space
a. A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon receiving the registration. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice or before 15 October 2015, whichever is sooner.
b. Effective 1 April 2015 the prices for exhibition booth, poster panel and advertisement space will be subjected to 6% GST
c. PSMB reserve the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by the Exhibitor/Sponsor for any reason whatsoever in which no liabilities shall be borne PSMB in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal. In those circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid without interest will be made to the Exhibitor/Sponsor. The decision of PSMB shall be final and conclusive.
d. Payment must be made payable to: NATIONAL HRD CONFERENCE (RHB 2-14334-0000956-6)

a. If the notice is received on / before 30 September 2015, the organiser will retain or collect 50% of the total cost.
b. If the notice is received after 30 September 2015, the organiser will retain or collect 100% of the total cost.
