Proposed funding of TDPA was based on the following income sources:

1.5 cent per cwt Milk Check Deduction on 400 million lbs milk annually. (45% TN Production)

Currently at 40 -45% of that goal

$40,000 in corporate sponsorship Currently at 50% reached since December 2013

• These funds are used to fund ED compensation and expenses

• Board members continue to receive no pay or travel compensation

• All board meetings are open to all members• The TDPA Board of Directors Takes the
