Directions to UT Research & Education Center at Greeneville 2255 East Allen’s Bridge Road, Greeneville, TN 37743 From Knoxville, take I-40 East. At I-40/I-81 split, take Interstate-81 North toward Bristol, take Exit 23 and follow Highway 11-E toward Greeneville (approximately 11 miles), then exit onto Highway 321/70 South. From Johnson City, take Highway 11-E south to Greeneville. On the west side of Greeneville exit 11-E Business onto Highway 321/70 South. At the Hwy 321/70 exit bottom of ramp, go toward Greeneville to the first traffic light and turn right. Go 2 miles, cross railroad tracks and go straight through traffic light. You are now on Highway 70 South. Travel approximately 5 miles on Highway 70 South. Turn left onto East Allen’s Bridge Road. Stay on East Allen’s Bridge Road for 2 miles. The Research and Education Center is on the left. Programs in agriculture and natural resources, 4-H youth development, family and consumer sciences, and resource development. (BQA) certified and would like to become certified, you may obtain this certification at the Expo. This will be offered at the end of the day at 4:00 PM.

BQA cost is not included in your Expo registration fee. BQA certification is: $20 for Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association members and $40 for non-members . This fee will need to be paid on-site. Check or Cash.

The 2019 Northeast Tennessee Beef Expo keynote speaker is Corbi Wall with DV Auc ons. He is a na ve of eastern New Mexico and West Texas. He is a fourth genera on ca leman and has been a livestock auc oneer for 25 years. Corbi grew up at his father’s side, taking delivery of country ca le purchases off New Mexico ranches and wheat pastures. They were also some of the first to order stocker calves from the Southeast, partnering with shippers from Louisiana,

Mississippi, and Florida. Corbi received a Bachelor’s degree in AgBusiness and Economics plus a Master’s degree in Agriculture from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. Upon gradua on, he started an 18 year career with the USDA’s Ag Marke ng Service and carved a niche in the feeder calf market repor ng as the author of the weekly Na onal Feeder & Stocker Ca le Summary. In 2014, he accepted a posi on with DV Auc on as their Commercial Ca le Manager and Livestock Market Analyst. He recently relocated back to the Texas Panhandle a er 16 years in northwest Missouri where he operated a small stocker ca le opera on with his three daughters.

Corbi has built his career and a na onal following of ca lemen by observing ca le markets. Over the past decade he has transformed the USDA Na onal Feeder and Stocker Ca le Summary into a price barometer for the beef industry.
