1. Generally, skills sets in Software Engineering category appear to be the most difficult to recruit.
2. In Programming category, MSC-status companies find it hard to recruit people with Java and J2EE skills.
3. There is a demand in Network and Web Security professionals.
4. In Server Administration category, professionals in Linux and Unix are greatly needed.
5. There is a shortage of XML developers.
