TROOP 24 PERMISSION SLIP FOR CAMPING TRIP I,___________________________________________ give my son, _____________________________________________ permission to accompany Boy Scout Troop 24 to the November camping trip being held at Camp Winnebago, in Rockaway New Jersey, The Patriots' Path Council. We will be meeting at 7pm on Friday November 13 th at scout hall and leaving shortly after. We will be returning to scout hall on Sunday Nov 15 th at approximately 11am. The cost is $25 per person. This will be a Junior leadership training weekend and the scouts will be learning valuable skills needed in order to run for different positions within the troop. As well, as always, there will be other fun activities and interesting meal preparations. _____________________________________________________ I hereby agree to hold harmless the Troop, it's leaders, and any other adults attending this function, pertaining to any injuries my son might sustain. I further authorize the troop leaders to act on my behalf if my son needs any first aid or medical attention. In case of an emergency I can be contacted at this phone number_________________________or,____________________________.
