J!:~Keefe _ - Group1~ RFP 1901 NASPOjMCPA Inmate Kiosks To Whom It May Concern: As a long time partner of the Nevada Department of Corrections, and also of many of the participating state Department of Corrections (DOCs) listed in RFP 1901 - Inmate Kiosks, Keefe Group thanks you for your review of our proposal and looks forward to enhancing already successful partnerships. Unlike other providers, Keefe Group is in a unique position. Not only is Keefe the industry leader in inmate commissary (serving almost 2,200 correctional facilities and over 2,000,000 inmates), but no other provider has successfully implemented more inmate ordering kiosks (8S0 ordering kiosks in over 100 facilities) and MP3 programs (8 state DOCs with 2 additional state DOCs launching) across the Country. Keefe views this request for proposal as an opportunity to make available not only cutting edge, industry-leading inmate kiosk technology and services, but as a chance to provide state DOCs with a complete solution. As the nation's leader in commissary and technology services for over 36 years, Keefe is offering to exceed expectations listed in this request and not only achieve this without cost to the department{s), but offers resources to significantly increase profits for DOCs. Our technical expertise and experience across the country provides us an understanding of each department's specific needs and allows us to facilitate successful turnkey operations. As a leader in the industry, we can provide our partners with all of these services and technologies. Having one point of contact streamlines daily operations and communication while also empowering future creation. The options listed in the cost proposal, while specific to Nevada DOC needs, may be modified upon request. If afforded the opportunity, Keefe will enhance the current operation with our proven technology and additional services that include, but are not limited to MP3, Deposits, EmailjSecure Messaging, Secure Release and Video Visitation. Should your needs change, Keefe will remain flexible throughout our partnership. While our no cost proposal is important to the selection process, it should not be the sole consideration. It is important to consider a provider's background and financial stability, its experience and references in comparable engagements, and the expertise and availability of its key personnel.
