This artwork is based on the 7 main moons of Saturn.Each moon is represented visually by one of its physical characteristics

The black circular form can be printed over colours and texturescreated by you.

The frequency the designs occur is determined by the orbital cycle of the moon. The closed it is to the gas giant Saturn the less copies of that design there will be based on a maths formula we made.

For example Iapetus (The top design) would be printed on 221 copies, and Mimas there will only be 2 copies. Screenprinting allows us to do this.

The designs are just concepts at the moment and need to be improved but I think the idea is there.

In terms of typography on the last page are a selection of typefacesI think suit the tone of voice we are trying to achieve.

The whole idea is a simple way of communicating highly complex physical properties, and delivered in a methodical and technically accurate way.

On the last page is a couple of mock ups of potential finished sleeves.
