Most of my duties involved invoicing the T&M for my region and some of the larger accounts in the Northern
region which meant pulling hours from payroll and time sheets, using Sage Timberline to gather information to

party rentals. I also had Lump Sum, Composite Rate jobs I invoiced from PO’s and
Contracts. Most of our work was perform in the refineries throughout Texas. We had a lot of onsite, blast yard
work that I billed from work orders or cash tickets. I was also responsible for the collections in my region and I
had most of my accounts at the under the, over 30 day mark on a consistent basis. I also processed the lien
paperwork for any accounts that defaulted on payments for all regions within the entire company. I was
responsible for a $5,000.00 petty cash account for our region as well, that was balanced monthly.
