Vijaynagar The Vidyanagar township is planned on a contoured site.The housing apartment was planned for 1, 2 and 3 – BHK. To imbibe a strong sense of community the clusters were designed to look inwards, in a concave shape, whilst still maintaining a privacy distance between the apartments.

Cluster planThe 800 acre parcel of land was subdivided by an existing natural drain. Planned as a natural green boundary for the Institutional, Commercial and Residential Zone it was to be called the “Green Hampi Corridor”.

The buildings were planned with a view to optimize the cost of construction – load bearing structures using pre-engineered concrete blocks. The repetitive building elevations were treated in textures and colors to bring about a variety in the streetscapes.
