As Director of Business Development, Jim’s major responsibilities include future business opportunities, managing relationships with key clients and creating strategic partnerships throughout the industry for The Sports Force.Before joining The Sports Force, Jim spent 10 years leading Ripken Management & Design, the design and development arm of Ripken Baseball. Jim now oversees all new project development for The Sports Force.
Throughout his career, Jim has headed up a variety of projects that have broken new ground in youth and professional sports facility design as well as on projects that have preserved some of the most famous fields and stadiums in baseball history. Jim received his MBA from St. Bonaventure University.
