“I think it’s a revolutionary time right now in pop culture! I love how the internet has interfaced with pop culture to open up a porthole that did not exist before- from musicians that have used YouTube to get their music out there, to the fact that you can just nerd out about whatever you like that is hyper specific and there are legions of others you can connect with that are also passionate about the same subject! My point is that it’s even changed what the notion of celebrity is as there are internet famous people now- Tumblr famous people and Facebook famous people, not just internationally famous people.
