Missions and Community Pastor Springdale Community Church, Louisville, KY – March 2009 – Sept 2010 Responsible for the direction and vision for small groups and discipleship. Duties: provided and facilitated leadership development for small group leaders and strategic volunteers, provided leadership support for all church small groups and their leaders, managed and maintained curriculum for small groups, helped implement a renewed vision for the churches hospitality ministry, and led a small team responsible for planning and overseeing church regional and international missions opportunities and partnerships.

Office Communications Director Springdale Community Church, Louisville, KY – March 2009 – Sept 2010 Managed and maintained the churches network and phone system. Duties: Maintained network server and users, oversaw the development of a new church website, provided office technology support for all staff and employees, and led the church through a $15,000 dollar workstation and network upgrade.

Associate Worship Arts Pastor - Technical Director Springdale Community Church, Louisville, KY – June 2007 – March 2009 Assisted the Worship Pastor in carrying out the churches vision for corporate worship and managed all technical (audio, video, and sound) aspects of church activities and gatherings. Duties: Assist in planning weekly services and special events, manage production team volunteer schedules and trainings, recruited new volunteers, oversaw church network, website, and phone system, created content (copy, graphic design and videos) for church events and publications.

Interim Worship Arts Pastor Springdale Community Church, Louisville, KY – November 2006 – June 2007 Provided leadership to the Worship Arts ministry while searching for full-time Worship Arts Pastor. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Childhood: I was born on October 23rd, 1980 in Nashville, TN. My parents are believers and I am grateful to have grown up in a Christian home. Salvation Experience: I accepted the Lord as my Savior at the age of 15 through the influence of my pastor and youth pastor. Calling: At the age of 16 I received my call to ministry. I pursued ministry throughout both high school and college. Eventually leading me to move my family to Louisville, KY to pursue a Master’s at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Family: My wife, Sarah, was born on March 6th, 1981 in Elizabethtown, KY. We met while attending college. After 4 years of dating, we were married in 2003. We have two kids, Ethan, who is now 6 years old and Elliana, who is now 1 year old.
