Wednesday On-Farm Market What to expect this week on the table: Kale, Microgreens, microbasil, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Lettuce, Arugula, Sweet Onions, Garlic, Sweet Peppers, Jalapenos, Poblanos, Anaheim Chiles, Eggplant, Radishes, Roselle, beets, cilantro, napa cabbage, cucumbers, chard, pak choi, and Green Onions. Farm made items: Elderberry Tincture, Ginger Tincture, Turmeric Tincture.

Sue Batistini’s granola bars will be here this week too!

Aphids destroyed our first Kale planting so we reseeded them in our high tunnel in hopes that we can cut it as baby kale before the aphids discover its juice.

Tulsi loves to smile. Other than chugging milk, it’s her favorite thing. We have a 115 member CSA with drop-off locations in Lagrange, Columbus, and On-farm.
